Contemporary circus: THE THERE COMPANY
“Hugs and Handshakes”
Every duet and every group choreography by THERE THERE begins with simple touches: a handshake, a hug... before building up to acrobatic heights. Spontaneous duets emerge between the performers and the audience. The audience becomes part of the artwork, shifting from passive observation to an active experience of movement, sound and language. Chance takes the lead… or was it perhaps planned after all?

Concert: Fraeulein Astrid
Fraeulein Astrid, an electronic singer-songwriter from Graz now based in Vienna, creates songs brimming with emotion and quiet defiance. The artist produces her own music, blending polyphonic vocals, electronic textures and radical honesty into something that is both fragile and powerful. Moving between English and German, soft and sharp, synthetic and human, she crafts songs full of contradictions. In the summer of 2024, Fraeulein Astrid was awarded the Morgenstern Prize by the Province of Styria; she has already performed at Acoustic Lakeside, was the winner of the Generali Music Scholarship in 2025, and took part in the FM4 Protest Song Contest in February 2026.

“Balkan Block Party”
“Celebrations bring people together. In the Balkans, important life events are celebrated with music, with people dancing on their doorsteps and in village squares. In a similar way, the block party movement is reclaiming public space and uniting communities through dance and music.” – MERAK
An energetic 11-piece orchestra that blends contemporary Balkan sounds with hip-hop beats, and five extraordinary hip-hop dancers invite you to a musical experience where the audience becomes part of the performance. Rap, slam, singing, laughter... Spontaneity and the unexpected are the driving force behind MERAK. An unforgettable party to round off the festival.
